Article 1 - Definitions

CEERCLE PROJECT acts as a data controller in the collecting and processing of personal data.
The registered office of CEERCLE PROJECT, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of € 1,000, is located at 17 rue Gaston Dourdin - 93200 Saint-Denis - France. The company is registered in the R.C.S (Trade and Companies Register) of Bobigny under number 901 422 907, and is represented by its President Mr. Juan Carlos Gonzeles Camacho.
This website is subject to a declaration with the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL-France) under the Act N° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 On Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties, as amended by the law of 6 August 2004.
